These two very similar apartments are on the ground floor of the owner's property. They are bright and modern with shower rooms and well equipped kitchens. The apartments share an extensive garden area, mainly lawned with a barbecue and more than adequate seating for relaxing or dining al fresco. The location is quiet and peaceful with a rural feel but there is quick and easy access to some of the region's majors roads. St Jean d'Angely is approx 25km to the north, Cognac approx 10km south, the historic Roman town of Saintes is approx 30km and the resort of Royan and the beaches of the Atlantic ocean approx 60km. Public swimming pools and other sports facilities can all be found locally. The village of Burie has a café/bar and restaurant.
