This traditionally designed villa is situated at the top of a private enclosed terraced garden in a quiet residential area on the hillside above Carqueiranne affording panoramic views over the Gulf of Giens from its balcony and pool side terrace. Carqueiranne is known as the cut flower capital and its emblem is the tulip.
The rocky coastline seen from the villa spreads for 7 km with numerous little creeks and sand and pebble beaches. Pine forests to the north shelter this resort and the town. There are numerous sport and leisure facilities just a short drive away including a sailing school, fishing, harbour side restaurants and cafés, beaches for swimming. The nearby Giens Peninsula has two long and beautiful beaches and a nature reserve for migrating birds.
The ferries leave from the peninsula taking visitors for trips to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and the Ile du Levant. Along the east side of the peninsula, the road known as the ?salt road? is a haven for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. The long sandy Almanarre beach is a paradise for families and a very popular place for Fun boards.
