The first floor can sleep up to 6 but it is recommended that it is regarded as ?a children's floor? as the upstairs bathroom is en-suite to one of the twin bedrooms, also on the first floor is a second lounge area with a pool table, darts board and television.
The well equipped ground floor includes an impressive conservatory with barbecue, dining table and seating, the conservatory overlooks the private heated swimming pool. The pool, gardens and the other games facilities make this a great option for a relaxing family holiday, visits to some of the area's most popular towns and attractions, Perigueux, Montignac, Les Eyzies and Sarlat are in easy driving distance.
Shop and restaurant 7 km, cafe/bar 5 km.
