This cottage is located on the edge of the small town of Aigre. It has attractive exposed stone walls, oak beams and a woodburning stove. The garden is enclosed which provides privacy for relaxing outdoors.
After a busy day visiting the area you can take a leisurely walk into the town, you will find all you need, restaurants, café/bars, local shops and a bank within 500m.
Ruffec and Angoulême are both approximately 30km. Within 100km you can visit ?Futuroscope?, Cognac the historic town of Saintes and the resorts of Royan and La Palmyre.

Electric heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, washing machine, microwave, enclosed sandy shingle garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: The stairs are quite steep.
