Just 300m along a path is the beautiful white beach of Kerdalle. This attractive stone built house contains 3 separate apartments, the ground floor one is accessed from the front and the other two from the rear.
The garden, plus the childrens swing and slide are available for the ground floor apartment, whilst the other two have a sheltered, gravelled area round the other side. All three apartments are spacious and bright, either having exposed beams or wood panelling feaures. The first and second floor apartments make full use of the space over their two floors.
Tregunc itself is a hamlet of thatched cottages well known for its unusual upright stones used to make the boundaries between properties. Concarneau and Pont Aven, are within 6 miles. The main attraction in this area is the beautiful beaches, try windsurfing or sailing at one of the nearby sailing schools, or just enjoy walking along the coast and sightseeing.
Shop and restaurant 4km, café/bar 2km, beach 0.2km.
All on first floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with 2 basins, separate toilet, 2 double bedrooms. Second floor mezzanine: Twin beds plus single bed.
Electric storage heaters, all fuel and power included in rent, colour TV, gravelled area, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets.
