These two ground floor apartments (underneath the owners home) and two timber framed bungalows are located in large grounds, mainly lawned with mature trees, a large enclosed swimming pool, a boules court and childrens swings. Each property has its own terrace/patio area with furniture and barbecue.
The location is peaceful and quiet, and surrounded by beautiful countryside and farmland. The nearest town is the picturesque Puy l'Eveque on the banks of the River Lot, where you will find shops and restaurants and can enjoy canoeing on the river.
The pretty, very popular market town of Gourdon and the busy cosmopolitan town of Cahors are both approximately 40km. If you wish to travel a little further, within 100km you will find Rocamadour, the Bastides of Monpazier, Villefranche and Domme, and the medieval town of Sarlat. If booked together the properties can accommodate up to 18 people.
