The private garden area is all paved and fully enclosed with a fence; the private swimming pool is very close to the house which lends itself to the supervision of small children. There are wonderful unspoilt views of the valley and surrounding countryside.

Whilst benefitting from a peaceful, rural location, many of the most popular places to visit are within easy reach including Montignac (30km), Les Eyzies (56km) and Sarlat (74km). The nearest town is Hautefort, 13km, famous for its château where you will find all facilities and a fishing/swimming lake.
