The apartment has magnificent views over the garden and Morecambe Bay. Grange-over-Sands is a charming town with lovely gardens with tropical trees and an ornamental lake and has been called "The Riviera of Cumbria".
Locally there is a nature trail through woodlands and open limestone fells. The Lake District fells and lakes are easily accessible.
