Both north and south coasts are within easy driving and the famous Camel Trail, which follows the river to the sea at Padstow, is a walker's and cyclist's delight and passes just yards from the house. A lovely spot for those who enjoy the peace of the rural countryside and touring all that Cornwall has to offer.
