It is bright and welcoming and nestles in this popular part of the island where the scenery and the sea views to the Hebrides are unsurpassed.
Local places of interest are Dunvegan Castle, Flora MacDonald's grave, a local outdoor activity centre which organises archery, canoeing, walking, cycling courses and at Uig nearby, which is the ferry terminal for the Hebrides, boats can be hired for fishing trips, and there are regular boat trips and bus tours allowing you to you experience the spectacular scenery and wildlife on the island.
