Fanad is renowned for its fishing and for an angling experience in the `home of the browns', there are many well-stocked lakes to choose from.
Activities locally include golf, walking, water sports, safari, horse riding and gardens. Shops 2.5 miles, pubs 0.4 miles, restaurant 1.5 miles.
