The small village of Caherdaniel, only a mile away has a local shop and two pubs, one serving bar food. The beautiful blue flag beach at Derrynane, 3 miles offers water sports and horse riding. There are two golf courses and fishing in nearby Waterville, 8 miles, along with great walks in the local area. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.
Ground floor: Living room with patio doors/dining room/kitchen, all with slate floors. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room with toilet. Separate toilet.
