This 16th Century Terraced Cottage set in the old Stannary town of Ashburton on the southern edge of Dartmoor National Park, is very well presented and equipped. The cottage is located near some excellent up-market towns, ideal for antique hunting or just dining out somewhere special.
Enjoy wandering into the quaint town centre or exploring the National Park with its superb walking, scenery and wildlife.
Locally there are many attractions such as Buckfastleigh Abbey, an open air pool (available May to September) only 100 yards and the scenic South Devon Steam Railway, the "Primrose Line" that follows the River Dart to Totnes, or further afield the English Riviera and beautiful South Hams are a must.
