This self contained wing of the owners property is situated in the southeast corner of Dartmoor National Park and 0.8 miles north of Ivybridge.
It is ideally suited for those who love walking, mountain biking and bird watching, as there is easy access on to the Moor from the holiday home and it is within 0.25 miles of the 'two moors way'.
Plymouth, only 10 miles away, with its many attractions such as the National Marine Aquarium, Barbican and Crownhill Fort, or you may prefer to explore the South Coast, only 8 miles away or visit the famous Eden Project.
Shop, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles.
Lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.
Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, £20 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, radio, stereo/CD player, washing machine, freezer, microwave, shared lawned garden, outdoor furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. Friday to Friday changeover day.
