This single storey cottage is set on the grounds of the Royal Eastbourne Golf Club perfect for golfers and non-golfers alike!
Apart from the use of the golf courses at an extra charge you are able to use the Club House on site for food and drink.
The seaside is just a short walk away. Eastbourne is one of the most attractive south coast resort towns offering Blue Flag beaches, theatres, international cuisine, bistros and wine bars alongside some excellent shopping facilities. Activities to enjoy in the town include boating, crazy golf, go-karting and the ever-popular miniature railway. It is also an excellent base from which to explore the many attractions in Sussex and Kent, Brighton with the Laines and historic Hastings.
