The property is perfectly situated right on the banks of the River Tilt where from the decking area off the lounge, splendid views of the River can be enjoyed over a relaxing drink.
On the edge of the village of Blair Atholl, home to the famous Blair Castle there are numerous leisure pursuits, many walks and cycle paths and spectacular scenery and wildlife. The bustling town of Pitlochry (8 miles) has a famous theatre and salmon fish ladder.
Shop, pub and restaurant 800 yards.
Lounge/diner, kitchen, shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, 1 twin, sofa bed in lounge.
Electric and gas heating, all fuel and power included in rent April to Oct, £30 supplement Nov to March, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, video, radio/CD player, shared laundry facilities, freezer, microwave, enclosed patio, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. NB: There is a river 20 yards from the property, young children must be supervised.
