This attractive, cosy and very welcoming cottage is set only yards from the sea at the foot of the cliffs which hug the popular village of Pennan, best known for its feature in the film Local Hero.
Originally a smugglers cottage, the owner has furnished with care and taste without compromising its character. It makes a very tranquil and relaxing base from which to explore this wonderful area, steeped in maritime history and encompassing dramatic scenery all along the coast.
There are some splendid beaches to enjoy from New Aberdour right along to Sandend and Lossiemouth or you may wish to travel inland to sample the Castle and Whisky Trails which are easily reached.
Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Oil central heating, multi-fuel stove in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, on street parking. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. NB: The sea is 10 yards from the property, young children must be supervised.
