This charming single storey 17th century cottage is situated in the beautiful landscape of the Eden Valley and offers warm and cosy accommodation.
Modern comforts blend well with original character features, and a working cast iron range provides a delightful romantic ambience, making this a perfect retreat for two. Standing adjacent to the owner's home, the holiday cottage enjoys its own pretty front garden and a field for grazing if you wish to bring a horse or pony.
A perfect, central location for exploring the Eden Valley, Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, Scottish border and Hadrians Wall in Northumberland. Fishing can be arranged on the River Eden (1.5 miles).

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and basin.
Oil central heating, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, microwave, enclosed patio, outdoor furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. Friday to Friday changeover day.
