Ted and Betty's is a charming sunny cottage arranged around a cobbled courtyard in a quiet backwater on the edge of the Dean Burn River. It has convenient pedestrian access to the Devonshire village of Buckfastleigh which is described as the gateway to the Dartmoor Moors and is next door to the Benedictian abbey in Buckfast.

Only 20 minutes drive to a wide range of natural coastline containing some of Devonshire's best beaches. Totnes lies 5 miles to the east about half way to the coast, while Exeter and Plymouth are approximately 20 miles.

Buckfastleigh butterfly house, otter sanctuary and Devon Valley Steam Railway are all within walking distance from the cottage. The River Dart Country Park which includes entertainment for children is within 5 minutes drive.

Shop, pub and restaurant 50 metres.

Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 adult bunk.

Electric storage heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, washing machine, microwave, small enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Up to 2 pets welcome. Friday to Friday changeover day.
