Easily reached, it nestles at the foot of the rolling Ochil Hills and is the perfect location for hillwalking, cycling, fishing with 2 parks, tennis courts and a good 9 hole golf course. The fair city of Perth is nearby and there are numerous golf courses, notably Gleneagles and Auchterarder which is only a 15 minute drive away. Kirkgate House is very cosily furnished and is the ideal choice for exploring this very scenic area.
