This well equipped and pleasantly furnished chalet bungalow is located in the coastal resort of Seaton on a small exclusive site 1 mile from the beach. The Victorian town of Seaton is located on the mouth of the river Axe, with a pebble blue flag beach and level promenade.
A 10 minute drive over the border into Dorset is popular Lyme Regis and closer is the charming fishing village of Beer, with Bransconbe and Sidmouth further away all forming part of the Jurassic coastal path. There are many lovely walks in the area including the Axe Estuary, which is a delight for bird watchers benefiting from bird hides and 3.5 miles of paths and cycle trails.
Exeter with its stunning cathedral and lovely shops is only 15 miles away. Dartmoor and Exmoor national parks are also a short car ride away. There are also many National Trust properties all within easy reach.
