The terraced holiday cottage is tucked away in a quiet village in a corner of the Lake District with easy access to the south and west lakes.

An ideal base for walking parties with Black Combe, the Old Man of Coniston and Langdale Fells all within easy reach. The area abounds in history, interesting places to visit include Muncaster Castle, Ravensglass and Eskdale Steam Railway and the village of Hawkshead (home of Beatrix Potter) all excellent day trips. Watersports, pony-trekking, fishing and many nature reserves are all easily accessible.

Shops and pub 50 yards, restaurant 75 yards.

Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen/diner, utility room, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor: 3 double bedrooms (2 with 5ft beds).

Gas central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen included in rent, cot, highchair, colour digital TV, DVD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed courtyard, outdoor furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. Friday to Friday changeover day.
