Located midway between the rugged landscape of Dartmoor and the many sandy beaches of the South Devon Coastline, the cottage has the added bonus of a lawned garden to the rear, and is within walking distance of the town centre where shops, pubs and resturants can be found.
Ashburton, Totnes and Dartington are all close by along with the South Devon Railway and Butterfly and Otter Sanctuary.
Shop and pub 0.5 miles.
Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Second floor: 1 twin bedroom plus single bed.
Gas central heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, video, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please. Friday to Friday changeover day. NB: Steep stairs to second floor attic and sloping ceiling.
