Great for walking, touring, reading and cycling, with the "black and white" villages of Herefordshire and Elan Valley nearby. The area is a haven for wildlife and with its spectacular countryside and scenery it is a fantastic place to explore by foot.
There are many festivals held over the year including, Brecon Jaz, winter festival of food and The Guardian Festival. Builth Wells is 12 miles, and the famous Spa town of Llandrindod Wells 20 miles. Visit Hereford Cathedral city with its award winning Mappa Mundi, Hergest Croft Gardens and Hay on Wye for books.
