A private boat will ferry you on and off the small island that has ample grounds and shoreline to explore. The boat costs ?25 return per party, not per person. (No charge on arrival day or departure day). There is plenty of space and comfort in this special holiday home. Boat trips can be arranged to beaches on neighbouring islands.
A ferry goes from Burtonport to Aranmore Island, should you wish to sample life on a larger island with spectacular cliff scenery and way marked walks. Back on the mainland you can access a variety of attractions. The north west coastline offers peace, tranquillity and is superbly complemented by village pub life which is friendly, lively, musical and a delight to sit and enjoy. Shop, pub and restaurant a short boat trip away on mainland.
