Situated in the charming seaside town of Fortrose that is 12 miles northeast of Inverness on the Black Isle Peninsula, so called because of its fertile agricultural land.
This terraced cottage overlooking the historic Cathedral, for which Fortrose is well known, is an ideal base to tour the Highlands from, with many of the tourist centres an easy drive away.
There are many fine attractive walks in the area including the delightful beach at nearby Rosemarkie where you may see the local dolphins at play. Local places of interest include Groam House Museum.
Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
