This property is only 0.5 miles from the A1, giving easy access to the festival city of Edinburgh, which is within easy driving distance and makes this a superb base to explore the many historic border towns across Southern Scotland.

Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, video, incoming telephone, dishwasher, microwave, lawned garden, on street parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There are steep stairs at the property.
