Set in the grounds of a farm, it is within easy reach of Bayeux, with its famous tapestry and medieval cathedral. All the main landing beaches and museums are close by, as well as historic Caen with its old city and William the Conqueror's castle and abbey.
Within easy driving distance are the chic resorts of Cabourg and Deauville, home of the "jet set" with great shops, casinos and golf courses.
