There are family-friendly beaches, good surfing and fishing possibilities and beautiful scenery which is perfect for outdoor activities. The house is also near a general store, restaurant, sport possibilities such as tennis and golf and the old town of Ebeltoft. The house is nicely and practically equipped, e.g. with a very large and light activity room with the swimming pool that always is ready when you want a swim. There is also a shower in the pool room. You can enjoy the warm sauna next to the swimming pool. The living room has a nice woodburning stove and a TV with a satellite dish. The large kitchen is well-equipped with all modern facilities.
