The extended wooded hilly area with cliffs, reaches up to the beaches of the Bay of Sejerø. The entire area is influenced by the ice-age and has an impressive moraine landscape. About 121 metres high Vejrhøj is the third highest elevation in Zealand; you can see 27 churches, including the cathedral of Roskilde from the summit, provided the weather is good. It is said that a Dracula lives at the foot of Vejrhøj and guards the massive golden eggs. The extreme tip of Ordrup Næs is known as Næbbet which is a nature reserve with findings from the stone age. The coast in the Bay of Sejerø is varied and blessed with sandy beaches. Many of the beaches are suitable for children. You can also experience a wonderful holiday of the peninsula on a bicycle.
