The imposing building is U-shaped and was originally owned by a famous village doctor. Later, it became a well-known restaurant. The 5 double room en suite can be reached via an external staircase from the landscaped courtyard. The cosy living room has an external access to the pool. You can take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear waters or relax under the swaying palm trees. Many halls are available for rent for celebrations. Therefore, this house is also excellent for family and birthday parties, conferences, cookery classes, camps and weddings. The small halls on two floors with exclusive lighting (80 people) or the large living room (200 people) serve as excellent venues for lavish parties with an elegant atmosphere. There is also a bar and a large kitchen. The beautiful terrace with barbecue will enchant you. For the little ones, there is a big playground. The spacious town house was lovingly renovated over 10 years ago and has multiple uses. Whether you holiday here or celebrate a special occasion in this town, you will get to experience the original Mallorca. The additional properties in the immediate vicinity, EML774, 775 and 776, serve as ideal accommodation for your guests. Every Friday, you can visit the quaint farmer's market, which offers fresh locally grown vegetables and fruits. Maria de la Salut celebrates the patron saint's festival on the 8th of September, which is the biggest event of the year. There are public buses to take you to Can Picafort, Sineu or Manacor and there is even a rail link to Palma. Many interesting cycling routes lead past Maria de la Salut.
