From the large terrace which is facing south, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings in peace and quiet. The house is practical and suitable for two families. The area has many activity possibilities such as a water world tennis, golf and fishing. In the house there is a heating pump which regulats the temperature, so in the summer time it is working as air condition and in the winter time as heating facility.
