Originally the Parsonage for the church in Loupiac, this detached holiday home dates back to 1832, however sections of the lower level are from medieval times. There is a secluded, fully enclosed garden, private pool with electric shutters, terrace and a fascinating natural pond at the bottom of the garden which is home to an array of wildlife. The house has been renovated to an excellent standard whilst retaining its original features including exposed oak beams, tiled terracotta floors and large feature open fireplace. An independent house for let is located next door (ref FML026) making it ideal for larger parties or 2 families travelling together. Heated pool upon request with fees to be paid on site.
