Small panoramic villa set on a promontory over the sea in the old fishing village of Aspra, southern from Palermo. The villa is ideal for lovers of nature and sea. From the house direct access through stairs carved into the rock to a small, private cove. Equipped terrace with barbecue, outdoor shower and big garden with Mediterranean plants. Every morning there is a fish market in the main square. Pebbled and sandy beach at 2,5 km. There is no public transport to the villa: it is mandatory to have a car. Ideal position to visit Bagheria with its baroque villas (5 km- train station), the beautiful city of Palermo (20 km), Cefalý with crystal clear water (60 km), Selinunte with its archeological ruins (115 km), San Vito Lo Capo with its long sandy beaches (120 km).
