Assisi 3, ItalyProperty Ref: IUP493
Bedrooms: 2
Pets: Yes
Sleeps: 4
Around the year 1000 AD a watch tower was built on the summit of a very tiny hill, in front of majestic Assisi: later, around the 18th century, a farmhouse and two outbuildings were built. These four buildings which formed the small hamlet of Colderba are today charming holiday homes. The location of this property is unique because of the views over Assisi, which itself stands out on account of its beauty. Particularly fascinating views. Surrounded by about 2 ha of grounds, partly lawn, and each apartment has its own equipped outside area. Convenient parking in the enclosed grounds with remote controlled gate. Reasonably comfortable furniture. The tower is particularly charming because of its ancient and well-restored architectural structure. Cot, high chair and baby-bed available upon request and local payment. Central heating. LOCATION: It is possible to reach the centre of Assisi, coming out, just beside the Basilica of St. Francis on foot or by car along an ancient dirt track road (2 km). 23 km Perugia, 58 km Todi and other famous Umbrian towns.
