The apartment is set next to the entrance gate of the castle on the 1. floor of the large walls. From the windows you enjoy a nice view over the surrounding countryside. The castle was carefully restored with particular attention to the original charm of the small medieval hamlet. In the middle of the square there is a big common oven which still can be used. In the summertime the area around Todi is rich in enogastronomic, cultural and music events. The apartment is next to IUP860. Parking outside the wall in the near of the accommodation. The position of the accommodation is ideal for visiting Todi (8 km) with its beautiful Piazza del Popolo and the San Fortunato church. At 20 km distance you will find Montefalco, also called 'the balcony of Umbria' thanks to its amazing geographic position. In 40 km distance you can visit Spoleto and Perugia with their rich Medieval history, whilst the beautiful town of Assisi, symbol for the patron of Italy where you absolutely should visit the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, is at 55 km only.
