This holiday home with a swimming pool is situated near a family-friendly beach by the beautiful area of Ertebølle by the Liim Fiord. There is plenty of room, peace and quiet and fresh air. The house was built in 1985 and was extended in 1989 with a 34 m2 large pool division with a 17 m2 large swimming pool and a whirlpool and sauna. The pool division is separated from the house with a French door which leads into a combined kitchen and living room which is very well-equipped with conveniences which make the housework easy. The living room is cosy and contains well-kept furniture. There are 4 bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space. The 2 bathrooms make the house ideal for two families. A centrally situated holiday home near many sights.
