Old house which has been restored to make a nice, comfortable holiday home with many good features. The house is situated on a small hill with a panoramic view of the fjord and the beautiful coastal scenery. Very good fishing in the fjord and there is a private boathouse. The area offers good walking on small roads and marked paths. Sunde is an old trading post not far from Rosendal. Access to the Folgefonna glacier on footpaths and by car. Good base for day trips in the Hardanger area and to Bergen. Neighbour 50 m.
