Good walking in summer and good skiing and snow conditions in winter. 70 m to a river where you can fish and bathe, and there are several trout lakes in the area. Good starting point for day trips to the Hardanger area and around the western fjord landscape. Bergen 28 km. Scooter can be hired (NOK 300,-/day).
