A very well presented detached Vendee bungalow on the edge of the picturesue village of Chasnais.

The village has limited services but the larger town of Luçon within 6km and has everything you need. 25km the other way are the beautiful Vendée beaches and with the Roman town of La Rochelle and the tourist resort of Les Sables both within 30km, 18km away are the beaches at La Faute sur Mer. Public pool and tennis can be found at 5km in the town of Lucon.
There is a trout lake in the village which can be fished for a small charge from the village Mayor.

Patiserie and café/bar 1.5km, restaurant 1km, town with supermarkets, market and variety of shops 5 kms, beaches 18km.

Lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 bathrooms - one with shower over bath and the other with shower - both have basin and toilet, 3 bedrooms: 2 twin, 1 double.
