A large Edwardian house with many of the orignal features, it has 9 bedrooms some with basins and one en-suite showeroom in one of the two ground floor bedrooms making it ideal for the elderly or less abled bodied. This property will comfortably sleep 20 people. All rooms are spacious, light and very comfortably furnished. There are two living rooms,one very large lounge on the 1st floor and a smaller lounge on the ground floor. dinning area, utility room with washing and drying facilities(at no extra charge) small gym, sauna and hot tub. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with double oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Also a small selection of videos, books and a pool table.
The house is detached set in a third of an acre with a patio area, garden furniture and barbeque, large enclosed lawn at the front of the property, ideal for weddings,private parties, family holidays, hobby enthusiasts, etc
The beach is approxmiatly 150 yards via the back garden. Their is private parking for up to 12 vehicles.

Bacton is situated between Great Yarmouth and Mundesley, with the Broads, Sheringham and Cromer a short drive away. Ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline, with its many beaches, pretty villages, coastal path and RSPB nature and bird reserves all close by, good walking and cycling.
Norwich is 26 miles away where you will find a modern cultural City with a beautiful heritage, adorned with delightfully cobbled streets and an abundance of souvenier and antique shops.
