Luxury six person bungalow on holiday resort between Bordeaux and the Spanish border at 6 kms from the beach (Contis Plage). On the park, that is under Dutch management, there are many facilities: lots of parking space, big swimming pool (summer only), tennis, jeu-de-boules, beach volley, playground, table tennis. Daily shopping and fresh bread nearby. Many markets in the area during the holiday season. The house Ground floor: hall, pleasant living room with dining corner, 2 person sleeping couch, open kitchen with ceramic cooker, bathroom with shower and double basin, toilet. First floor: bedroom with bunk beds and sleeping couch, bedroom with 2 single beds. The bungalow has all the luxury amenities, like dish er, washing machine, freezer, TV with international channels, and is easily let out. Pets not allowed. Electrical heating, partly under floor.
