Description of Drumlins Holiday CottageDrumlins holiday cottage is located down a peaceful country lane, just outside the village of Endmoor, near Kendal. It is the ideal location to explore the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales National Park as well as some beautiful quieter areas of Cumbria. Making it ideal for anybody wishing to spend their holiday walking or cycling and exploring this wonderful part of the world.
It is just a five minute drive into Kendal and there are beautiful walks straight from the door
The drumlins is a comfortable and spacious one bedroom holiday cottage.
To the front there is parking for two cars.
There is a front entrance hall (very handy for walking boots etc).
The lounge is lovely, light and spacious, with a comfy sofa and armchair. The dining table and chairs are here too. There is a desk, with lots of information about local walks and attractions. And to help you relax there is a bookcase stocked with books and games. There is a music centre with a selection of cds. And a tv, dvd player and a selection of dvds.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need. It has a gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage and lovely views on to the garden and the farm land beyond. All bed linen is included
The bathroom has toilet, basin, bath and separate shower with a seat. Towels and robes are provided.
To the rear of the cottage is an enclosed patio garden with table, chairs,parasol and barbeque. There are beautiful raised beds with flowers and herbs.

We are nestled in a beautiful peaceful spot with wonderful rolling countryside all around. A stroll up the lane will give you great views of the fells of the Lake district and the Howgills

Accessibility DetailsThe cottage is all on one level and the door ways are wide and suitable for wheelchairs. It is spacious and uncluttered. The garden is laid to patio with raised flower beds. The bathroom has a step in shower with a built in seat, but there is a step up into it. There are handles for toilet and bath. There is a door step to the front and back door. Parking is directly outside the cottage but please note the driveway is gravel. Please contact us for more details.

Getting HereThe cottage can be found by leaving the M6 at junction 36 taking the turning signed Kirkby Lonsdale. After crossing over the motorway take 1st exit from roundabout to Endmoor and Kendal. Continue and pass through the village of Endmoor. Take a right hand turn in to Gatebeck Lane. Take first turning left into Low Park Lane. Continue past two turnings on the left then Low Park Farm can be found on the right through the double gates. Parking for the Drumlins is directly in front of the cottage.
