Description of Beachside

Beachside has many original features including cast iron fireplaces, exposed stone walls, roll top bath, stripped pine doors and beamed ceilings.

There is a separate modern fitted kitchen with microwave, oven and hob. The lounge has a large sofa bed and open coal fire. There is a range of board games as well as TV, and DVD player.

A small outside building houses a washing machine and tumble dryer and clothes airer provided, as well as a high chair and travel cot.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, ideal for a family - bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has full size bunk beds. The bathroom has an original claw foot roll top bath, electric shower and heated towel rail.

All fuel and heating is included (wood, coal as well as electricity). Bed linen is provided (duvets on all beds). There is a travel cot (bedding to be provided by guests) A parking permit is provided for use at the Bank Top Council Car park.

Well behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Beachside is close to the Cod and Lobster pub which serves snacks and meals and is very popular. The village has a small number of shops and general dealers, 2 pubs,3 cafes and a fish and chip shop, It has an impressive art gallery.

Notes

Short breaks are a minimum of 3 days. These are usually available out of peak times. The rate is 60 per night midweek (Mon - Thur) and 65 per night at weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun). Please enquire about pricing our rates are from 290 to 490

Changeover

Arrival time is 3.00 pm and departure time is 10.00 am. There is some flexibility on these times.

Booking Conditions

There is a non returnable deposit of 60 which secures the booking and the remainder is due 6 weeks prior to the date of the booking. If a booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival then the full amount is payable.
