Local InformationThe Bunny Barn is situated in the picturesque hamlet of Combefishacre one mile from the friendly village of Ipplepen.
Ipplepen, famous as the place where The Hound of the Baskervilles was created and where the grave of Henry Baskerville can be found in the churchyard, boasts a good pub with a restaurant, a village shop and Post Office, excellent Golf Club, Health Club, Coffee Shop, Equestrian centres and Garden Centre. It is ideally situated less than 5 miles to the beach and 5 miles to Dartmoor National Park.
Totnes, a lovely Medieval town with its Elizabethan market and Mott and Bailey castle.
Newton Abbot, great for shopping, markets and Racecourse.
Torquay, The English Riviera, excellent for shopping and beautiful beaches. Paignton, with long sandy beaches, pier and Zoo.
Dartmouth, with its superb river tours, beautiful castle and of course the Royal Naval College.
Dartmoor National Park, with it's wild beauty.
Historic Berry Pomeroy and Compton Castles.
All this in beautiful countryside, perfect for exploring, walking, cycling, riding, visiting the beach or just relaxing.

NotesShort breaks (minimum 2 nights) are available from 3rd January to 20th July and from 7th September to 21st December (Subject to availability).
ChangeoverChangeover day is usually Saturday but we can be flexible.
A deposit of £100 or one third of the rental fee, whichever is less, is payable if the booking is made more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental. The balance shall be payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the rental. For bookings made less than 4 weeks before the commencement of the rental the total fee is payable immediately.
We ask for a £50 breakages/damage bond upon booking.
This will be returned to you, less any monies retained for breakages/damage, no later than 10 days after the end of your stay.

Getting HereThe M5 becomes the A38 at Exeter. 4 miles later, the dual carriageway splits right for Plymouth and Left for Torquay, keep left onto the A380 and up the steep hill. Stay on this road until you reach the 'Penn Inn' roundabout at Newton Abbot. Get into the extreme right hand lane and follow the signs into Newton Abbot. Keep left and drive through Newton Abbot following directions for Totnes on the A381.
Having left Newton Abbot, drive for 3 miles along the A381. Drive past Ipplepen on your right, and as you leave the buildings behind look out for the sign for COMBEFISHACRE. Turn left down the narrow lane, down the hill, under the railway arch, past Castleford kennels on your right, another 50 yards and Normans Farm is the cream farmhouse on your left!
