Jasmine Cottage, sleeps 4 guests + cot with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, On the ground floor of this character cottage, there is a open plan living and dining area with wood burning stove and brand new fully fitted kitchen, plus a shower room. On the first floor, are two spacious bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, plus a large family bathroom. The cottage is complemented by its modern facilities, including wireless internet access, a flat screen TV and DVD player.
Situated within a short stroll into the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water known as 'the Venice of the Cotswolds', Jasmine Cottage is an extensively and lovingly restored Double Fronted Cotswold Stone property that has all the modern conveniences of a new home whilst still having all the charm and character of a Cotswold Cottage. Tastefully decorated in muted shades, this comfortable, bright, modern, cottage styled property is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. Outside, the cottage is complemented by a mature south facing pretty enclosed walled garden, beautifully planted,with cottage garden plants where you can relax and enjoy a hot drink or glass of something sparkling.

Local InformationJasmine Cottage is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes stroll from the centre of the famously picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water and all that it has to offer such as lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is also a 5 minute walk away from the Leisure Centre and a 3 minute walk away from an area called 'The Naight' which is a large playing field and park and a lovely area for children to play or to exercise your dog.
The cottage is situated just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the village in a quite lane, which gives guests the best of both worlds.

NotesPrices are based upon 4 guests. An additional guest will be £10 per night (minimum £20).
Dogs sometimes accepted, a charge of £50 per week will be made (sorry no puppies).

The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking when they feel the cottage is unsuitable for a parties needs.
ChangeoverArrival is normally on Fridays or Mondays (this may sometimes be flexible dependant upon availability).
Arrival from 4.00 pm and departure by 10.00am on final day.
Booking ConditionsA deposit of £100 per booking, per week payable on booking.
Reasonable electricity, gas and unlimited wifi access are included in the price.
Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
A £75 Security deposit (£100 if a dog is in the party) is required and returned within 10 days following departure by bank transfer.
Discounts may sometimes be given to returning guests (non applicable during peak season)

The line from Kingham runs to London Paddington, via Oxford, in 100 minutes. Nearest airport Birmingham 48 miles,
The cottage is perfectly situated for visiting the most beautiful villages and towns of the Cotswold area. It is within easy distance of the picturesque Upper and Lower Slaughters, Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh, Broadway, Chipping Campden, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Northleach, Winchombe, Snowshill, Burford, Tetbury, Bibury and Painswick. It is an hour drive or train journey away from the historic cities of Bath and Oxford, and forty-five minutes drive from the Shakespearian gem of Stratford.
Walk out the door of Jessamine Cottage, through the back of the town and you can have your pick of beautiful walks through the countryside surrounding Bourton on the Water. Escape to the Cotswolds has a wonderful list of walks to inspire you. If you prefer a set of wheels there are lovely cycle routes to sample too and bicycles can easily be hired locally. Bourton on the Water has a two small supermarkets, plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and cash machines.
