Description of Haglathe House

Welcome to Haglathe House, a Grade II listed cottage in Whitby that dates back to 1760. The property is only a short walk to Tate Hill beach, which is steeped in Dracula history, the pier, and the 199 steps leading up to Whitby Abbey. There are also cobbled streets, charming shops, and traditional pubs to explore. Don't forget the authentic Fortune's Kippers next door.

Inside, Haglathe House is set across three floors, with sea views offered from the top floor. The whole cottage is furnished to a high standard and it benefits from beamed ceilings and parquet floors.

On the ground floor is a dining room and fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery.

The living room is located on the first floor and it has a beautiful open fire, sofas and a TV with DVD player.

Also on the first floor is a double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom with freestanding roll top bath.

On the second floor is an en-suite double room with a shower cubicle and a stunning view of the sea.
