Relax and unwind in a stunning contemporary house in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. Built in 2005, this house extends to 220 sq m over three floors and has been equipped to the highest standard.
Lower Mill Estate is the UK's first residential nature reserve with 450 acres of open space and 7 private lakes for fishing and boating. There are hides dotted around the Estate for bird-watching.
During your stay you will have access to the stunning new Spa with heated indoor pool and outdoor pool, a gym, sauna, steam room and Spa treatment rooms offering treatments with the Pevonia Botanica range of products.
There is also a tennis court,children's playground and trampoline.
Located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park a variety of water sports, fishing, golf and horse-riding are on your doorstep as well as easy access to all the historical towns and villages in the Cotswolds.
Falcon House has four good sized bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements and good quality mattresses so that you can enjoy a peaceful nights sleep. Extra small children can be accommodated on futon mattresses and for guest with young children there is a travel cot, highchair and steriliser. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and a haridryer and there is
no fighting for the bathroom as Falcon House has four! All bathrooms ahve powerful showers, heated towel rails and underfloor comfort heating.
We use high quality white bed linen throughout and provide huge, fluffy towels and locally made guest soaps.
The open-plan ground floor has beautiful stone floors and underfloor heating making this a modern but cosy living space. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Clear Lake and there are plenty of comfortable leather sofas where you can stretch out and watch a movie or read a book. the lounge has a 28inch TV, DVD, VCR, CD player, wireless broadband, IPOD dock, PS2 and an extensive selection of films, books and board games.
The kitchen is spacious and has every piece of equipment as well as stacks of cupboard space, crockery and pans. Granite worktops, an American style fridge freezer, 5 burner gas hob and microwave make cooking a pleasure and there is a selection of cookery books for inspiration. A dishwasher takes care of the washing up, and there is a washer/dryer if you need to do laundry.
The dining room has a table and chairs for 8-10 people and plenty of space in which to entertain your friends. If you prefer to eat al fresco, the Terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a summer barbeque.
Falcon House is ideal for young families. We have two highchairs, two travel cots, microwave steriliser, changing mat, potty, baby backpack, baby bath seats, stairgate and baby monitors.
