Main picture for Morston Cottage
Description of Morston CottageTide's Reach is a gem of a holiday home perfectly situated beside the marshes at Morston and overlooking Blakeney Harbour and Blakeney Point. Tide's Reach was originally 4 brick and flint cottages dating from the eighteenth century, built by a local ship owner for his best sea captains. The cottages have now been connected into one, creating a wonderfully comfortable home, retaining the charm of the traditional cottage appearance. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard and has new furniture and equipment throughout. The garden is completely enclosed and private, surrounded by high fences and walls. There is a large, sunny flagstone patio with good quality garden furniture for outside dining. Tide's Reach makes a wonderful base for a family holiday, having direct marsh access and being well positioned for exploring the area. During less busy times it is a relaxing retreat in the peace of the North Norfolk coast with excellent bird watching, walking and cycling in the area. Although the cottage can sleep up to 9 in 5 bedrooms, it is perfectly suitable for smaller parties as well. We offer low occupancy discounts during off-peak times.
