Halford Big Barn

Outside grounds were very untidy with old drain rods, paint pots to name a few items and generally messy. Gravel was inundated with weeds and the steps up to side of property were very unstable causing several wobbles. Lots of drawers and doors were broken and the door on one oven was dodgy. Most of the windows have no latches and the extractor fan in downstairs toilet leaked as soon as it rained (which we had several heavy showers). Too many notes pinned everywhere. Would have been nicer with a typed out manual/help/information book. Inside decor needed maintenance in several places with broken bath panels, wobbly loo seats, stained shower basins and dirty walls. Plastic patio furniture has definitely seen better days although a good clean would help immensely.
